Burundi PVoC COC certification aims to ensure that all goods imported into the country undergo pre-shipment inspection. Our tasks include conducting conformity assessment activities and issuing COC certificates for all controlled products exported to Burundi. To determine whether your products require conformity assessment, please contact us.

Inspection Notes

If the inspection fails, no draft will be issued, and the certificate cannot be issued. This may require product rectification and re-inspection, incurring additional inspection costs and wasting time and money for the applicant. Therefore, it is advisable to confirm with us before inspection to ensure there are no issues.

Burundi PVoC COC Certification Requirements and Process

Exporters submit application forms, commercial invoices, packing lists, product quality documents such as testing reports, technical specification sheets, and factory ISO certificates (if any) to the institution.

The certification body determines feasible implementation plans and applicable standards for the plan.

If testing is required, contact the institution's laboratory for sampling and laboratory testing coordination by the exporter.

On-site inspections will be conducted at the institution's inspection office closest to the inspection site, with all costs borne by the applicant.

After the inspection is completed, the exporter submits the final documents (commercial invoice and packing list) to the institution's office.

The institution issues an electronic certificate and emails it to the client.
