Food Circulation License in China

To apply for a "Food Business License," the following materials are required:

 China Food Business License Changes

1. Copy of ID card and health certificate of the legal representative.

2. Original and duplicate copies of the original food business license.

3. For changes of address, submit a copy of the new business license, geographic location map, and spatial layout diagram of the new address.

4. For changes in business scope, provide items 1, 2, and 3.

5. For changes in the legal representative, provide a copy of the enterprise business license with the new legal representative, and the new ID card of the legal representative. For individual businesses, cancel the original food business license, then reapply for the license and food business license.

6. If applying through an agent, provide a power of attorney and a copy of the agent's ID card.

7. For enterprises, carry the official seal for the application.

8. For canteens changing food safety administrators or employees, provide appointment letter of the food safety administrator, ID cards of management personnel or employees, and health certificate copies.
